I was told that I would have to wait up to 1 hour for the brake fluid change as I waited in waiting room,saw my car come out after about 55 mins but reception had still not called me to pay after 1 hour 25 mins so I went to reception,guy said sorry for delay saying they were busy but looking around ,there were hardly any cars in workshop ,mechanic who did brake fluid change left wheel nut remover with my keys ,couldn't be bothered to put it back in boot, lazy, job done ok but not great service
