I was booked my MOT on 14/01/2025 for PM (Afternoon) Nobody from the garage didn't call me to confirm exact hour, nor didn't receive any email ot text message. When I arrived at the garage it was 1:35 PM , and they said my hour was at 1:00pm, and that I am already late, so I couldn't pass my MOT, and I had to find a new garage the next day. Bad experience overall.
