Dropped car off asked if they’d look at a tapping noise they wrote this on their paperwork. At collection no mention of tapping so asked receptionist her first response was do you want to book it in for diagnostic. I stated frustratingly they’d had the car allday and taken £585. Instantly the receptionist verbally attacked stating I was shouting&being rude. Very poor customer service trying to hide their failing by to defect onto me being unruly and nasty upset my wife & I, will not go back
