Wouldn’t hesitate to use WHG again. Really easy to book through book my garage. Staff were helpful and polite throughout the whole experience and the price point was perfect. I will be back and my family are going to try you throughout this year as well. Thank you so much for a great experience!

“This garage did more work than originally requested, and charged £69 more than agreed originally agreed price.”

Although I mentioned a noise issue in the booking notes, the noise has not occurred for the past five months. I believe the previous garage may already have fixed it free of charge. At the very least, I should have been informed before any work — and charges — were applied to an issue that no longer exists. While the receptionist apologised for proceeding without checking with me, I was unhappy with the comment that I could have been charged a full hour instead of half an hour.

I understand from your message that you had previously mentioned a noise issue in the booking notes, however the problem had not occurred for several months and may already have been resolved by a previous garage. I appreciate your point that you should have been contacted before any work was carried out or charges applied relating to that concern. While our team noted the comment on the booking and attempted to investigate it during the appointment, we recognize that it would have been better to confirm with you first that the issue was still present. I’m also sorry that the comment regarding the time charged caused further frustration. This was certainly not intended to come across the wrong way, and I apologies if it did.

It was so easy to get my car serviced and have the MOT done. They collected and dropped of my car within the same day, keeping me up to date throughout. Really friendly and no question was a bother! Just painless! I will be rebooking them for next time! :)
