Book my garage gave you a quote for £20 diagnostic charge. And i actually charge you £10 out of £20 pounds that's that book my garage gave you a quote, £8 pounds go to book my garage and i pay vat on the £10 pounds you have been charged so basically i have done the diagnostics for free and you give me 4 stars for value! on top of that i have been speaking to your warranty company for no gain at all! I don't know what more can i do to please people like this! very frustrating sometimes with the feedbacks we get!
