Had a mot booked in for 4.30. Turned up at 4.15 and was told they don't take bookings after 2 o'clock and mechanics finish at 2. Showed them a confirmation email confirming 4.30 appointment and was told again they don't take bookings after 2. Asked how I have a confirmation email then and he shrugged his shoulders. Asked if I wanted to book it in for another date.....err no thanks. Told him maybe they shouldn't let people book online at those times if they can't forfill the appointment. Awful!!

Helpful friendly staff,job took longer than expected but vertu provided me with a lovely curtesy car,overall well pleased with the service I received.

Booked a service only to be informed on check in that I needed to pay an extra £160 to get microfilter. I declined so my service did not register on my vehicle which informed me that I needed to service my car by next month. The prices on Book my Garage are misleading and you get the shock on arriving at the dealership. Other BMW dealerships offer the service for a lot less, so best to shop around and not get lured by this third party scam.
