Overhall Happy with the service I received Just need some friendlier team members on the service booking in Reception

Satisfied with the actual service which found some work that was needed. Having read other reviews I got prices for each item and rang other car places to check prices and was quoted much cheaper. Of the 3 reported faults, only 1 actually needed doing.

Harassed about the time I'd booked, which was for work purposes. Had to take the car on my dinner to accommodate them or lose my mot. Staff were rude and it comes across like work sent to them by book my garage is a side hustle to there main operation and work they don't need. As someone who's used many of the main dealerships around bradford for services etc over the years, I will not be using this one again.
