Went in for a service and mot should have been ready same day ! As booked in over a month in advance, I had to phone at the end of the day to see if it was ready , I was told it would not be ready today ! I advised them I needed my by 10am next day the agreed I went to collect at 11am thought I would give them a little more time for it to be ready , I had to wait a hour for my car ! 12:00 this is totally unacceptable ( still waiting for the video to be sent)

Confirmed booking via email. Phoned the day before to re-confirm. Was personally greeted on arrival and escorted into the service centre. Quick handover. Called when completed. Pickup was the only minor issue, as I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be brought down from the top floor of the nulti-storey car park whilst other customers who arrived to pickup after me were in and out far quicker.
