TrustFord Wimbledon

This Ford dealership has signed up to service all vehicle makes, but have not trained staff or updated processes to deal with it. Arriving at 9am for a booked morning appointment, no parts had been ordered and I sat there an entire day for the work. One part never arrived and was omitted entirely, despite it being included in what I had paid!!! There was no ownership of the problem, no compensation offered (I did not ask) and they clearly just wanted me gone - overall a very poor experience.
