Took my car to thwaites for a full service and MOT only to discover there was no record of my booking at all and of course I couldn't be fitted in for another full week meaning I'm without a car for a full week until next Friday where I am booked to return to the garage for what was supposed to be booked this Friday 27/01/2023 my MOT runs out on the 29th.

This is a prime example to contact us to confirm your booking , but of course give us a poor review for book my car inability to send email correctly Or the customer unable to use a phone !!!!
