Louis was very prompt and professional throughout. He appears passionate about his trade and enabled me to understand what work was required by breaking things down for me. Great communication throughout. He also went above and beyond to find a cheaper part, knowing that finances were tight.

We went to the garage as it is local to me, Louis put my partners van through the mot and serviced it, he also sorted a few other faults it had. I then took my car due to a fault that kept appearing on the screen, this was despite another local garage that had supposedly repaired the issue. Louis had to start again from scratch to repair the fault which hadn’t been carried out correctly by the previous garage which he has done in one day, great service, good price, we will be back
