Had car booked in for 8.30 mot and got notification at 12.30 on know your car that car had failed mot,called shc and was told the mot station hadnt been in touch,got a call back 40mins later to pick my car up and i asked was the car fixed and was told no and couldnt be fixed the following week as garage was closed so just to pick up the car,no mention of a re-test either so had to collect the car and book it in elsewhere for another mot and repair meaning the mot there was a waste of time & cash
