The young man who did the service on my car was polite and efficient. However it could have been improved with just a couple of touches in the cleanliness department. A temporary seat cover would have prevented the dirty hand print on my driver seat which didn't come out completely when I treated it with an upholstery foam. A pair of latex gloves might also have prevented my logbook from getting mucky marks on it too. It's a dirty job, I get that but a little more care would help.
