Renault Dacia Orpington

I booked my car service using BMG for the first time and it gave me the option of a 'secret service' at the main dealer garage that I used before. The price was good and all seemed too good to be true before I called the garage a couple of days before hand to find they had no record of my booking! BMG sorted this out promptly and thereafter everything went well. I will use BMG for Renault Dacia Orpington again definitely.

Generally good but a couple of spoilers. 1. The checks on the spare tyre were not done because "the boot was full" Not true the boot had been previously cleared in preparation. Only a small folded plastic sheet was in the boot! 2. £40 surcharge was added for engine oil "because a special superior grade of oil was needed" (for my, base model i30?). I cannot believe that the oil used for servicing Renault cars is inferior to Hyundai base models - Spec = ACEA A3 (or above).
