Booked for a service on the book my garage site and when we arrived they claimed to know nothing of it. Didn't seem too interested in sorting the issue out so we left and went elsewhere. We never found out whether it was them at fault or the site but we did have a confirmation email.

In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
Found Our Car Ltd when searching for somewhere to have my car serviced. Initially not heard of them before but thought they look reputable so let’s go for it. What a great decision! They were helpful from the get go and communication was excellent. So helpful and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Can’t wait to return in the future.
