Was given wrong information despite checking multiple times beforehand. I arrived in the morning to find out my booking had 'dissapeared' off their system, and after waiting all day they tell me they couldn't do the work as its a mechanical issue, which isn't what they do. A mechanical repairs specialists according to their website and billboard outside... who dont actually do mechanics.

I have recently changed jobs and found Napier as an option near to my new workplace. I found the booking side extremely easy. Communication was good and they didn’t even charge for a headlight bulb I needed. Definitely no squeezing money out of customers for no reason. Trustworthy and I’ll definitely be using again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
