I dropped my car to have it's air con to be regassed. When I picked it up, the guy explained what they had done, explained that there was a slight issue (known about) and why that meant it wouldn't work as well as I'd hoped. All in all, helpful and informative. One thing I did mark down was that I didn't get a call to say the car was ready. I walked back to garage and found it out myself.
