We are sorry to hear this and you feel this way, We have to pay commission to this company as you booked via book my garage. We are VAT registered company so we have 20% to add to all our prices, Unfortunately Your suspension arm was seized solid and two of the nuts had been welded to the arm.. Not Good! Hence the time taken to remove your old part, Also to change the position headlamp, the headlamp unit has to be completely remove to replace the bulb, major defects as seen below from your m.o.t test certificate. We wouldn't like a major defect to enter the road due to yourself and other peoples safety. Repair immediately (major defects): Nearside Front Position lamp missing Position Light Not Working (4.2.1 (a) (ii)) Offside Front Suspension arm ball joint excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i))
