Total timewasters. Booked a service 10 days in advance via BookMyGarage, confirmed by email. Apparently Marshall have stopped taking non Mercedes services and it should have been cancelled but nobody contacted me prior to turning up on a Friday. Service Manager apologised and offerer to honour it once parts ordered - would call me on the Monday. No contact so called and told would be called back. Nothing on the Tuesday so emailed. No reply. Appalling service. Still showing on BMG as an option?
