They don't even know what is "book my garage". The had my car a full day only for a diagnostic to finally say they are not able to repair it.

Thank you for the review it was very unfortunate that on that imparticular day we was extremally busy that even our receptionist even forgot to charge you for the diagnostic you had gotten from us! pop down one day next week so we can charge you for our expert opinion and the diagnostics as from what you told us "can smell exhaust in car" was extremely helpful and you couldn't give us a better description! our diagnostic fee is usually £60 plus vat but because you have left us such a nice review we can charge you £45 plus vat. thank you for your understanding!
