Thank you for the review, and firstly we would like to apologise you were not 100% satisfied with the service you was provided. But please can we mention a few things that we feel make a significant impact on this which we feel have been missed. We understand that the additional labour should have been mentioned before proceeding but unfortunately the technician failed to communicate this to us until we noticed the extra labour when invoicing, due to this if you recall we did offer to reduce the bill to the original quote which you deemed unnecessary. Also the original quote was for replacing the struts for a complete strut no dismantling required. We was not made aware of the changes on arrival so the technician was not to know. So we do feel the review you have given us is slightly misleading. We offered to honour the original quote which you refused and you failed to inform us of the extra work required due to deciding to install lowering springs. Best Regards JM
