I booked my car in for a service and MOT on 27 March 2026. A week before my booking, I tried to bring it forward (phoned, emailed and text), but was ignored. On 27 March, I arrived to find the garage closed. I phoned them and they ignored again. Had to ring 8 garages to get seen and was 1 hour late for work. After leaving a negative Facebook review, I was blocked. This level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.
