At the time of your booking in March, the garage was going through a period of internal changes. During this transition, we had temporarily stopped accepting new bookings, however, unfortunately, your booking came through just before our system was updated. As a result, it was not picked up or actioned by our team, which led to the situation you experienced. We also sincerely apologise for the lack of communication when you attempted to contact us. this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Since then, we are pleased to confirm that we are now fully operational again, and we are closely monitoring all bookings and communications to ensure this type of issue does not happen again.
