Thank you for your feedback. The Blue Light discount was not applied to the initial invoice as we had not yet received a copy of your Blue Light Card. Once a valid card was presented, the discount was applied to the final invoice. For all jobs that include an inspection, a checklist is printed and provided to the customer. According to our system records, this checklist was printed and should have been given to you. Regarding the fluids, we will speak with the technician to address this matter. We are happy to hear that you were pleased with our communication and that we got your vehicle ready before 12pm as requested.
