“Very bad service”

I hope no else had the same problem I had. I booked a MOT at Blackburn hq and when I get there, they said their system was down so they will get the MOT done somewhere else within 1 hour. However after 1 and half hours of waiting, he came back and said the car had passed the MOT but when I asked for a certificate, they said you can check online and it will be there. I then told them I wanted a printed version, they said the printer was broken so then I asked for a pdf version and they refused. j

Just to clarify, MOT certificates are now available online, and in many cases garages no longer provide printed copies as standard. You can view and download your certificate at any time via the government website. However, you absolutely should not have felt dismissed when requesting a printed or PDF version, and we apologise that this was not handled properly.
