Good Morning We did not have an mot tester on this day, As at the moment we are having to use an agency tester and we didn't have this arranged until the 5th January, Our own tester was not signed off by the dvsa until the 6th so didn't have any cover, However I apologise that we did not offer to re-book you back again this was an error on our part. Also apologise for you not getting a phone call either to explain the situation regarding the day you wanted you mot. I hope this did not cause to much of an inconvenience to yourself and would hope that you would be able to give us a second chance.
