The best Garage I have dealt with, Bilal did the MOT for my car a pure honest & straight forward guy, he greeted me with a smile, explained the MOT process in detail, he achieved the timeline exactly as he said in 45 mins, also gave me a walkthrough the items he check at the car’s bottom side, especially the steering & suspension items, much respect to him & his work ethics.

The service was delayed and lacked transparency with no initial briefing. I waited in my car for over an hour because there is no waiting area while they sourced parts. Paid for a Full Service but received only an oil/filter change and verbal mention of top-ups. No service report, paperwork, or verification of oil type was provided. I even had to prompt them to stamp my service book. Poor communication and value.

All staff very nice,when i go my son just 2 year old they understand and give me priority quickly check my car and done everything.
