My car passed it's MOT with a few advisories. So happy to leave a good review. But my booking through bookmygarage.com evidently wasn't seen by the garage until I'd turned up with my car! They did then accommodate me as per my booking (for the MOT test). Hopefully this glitch will be sorted out for future bookings.

When a booking is made through BookMyGarage, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the garage with all the details of the appointment. In addition to this, garages have access to a dedicated booking portal where all upcoming bookings are clearly displayed. We’re sorry to hear that your booking wasn’t acknowledged before you arrived. Excellent garage who I've used multiple times. Very honest and give good advice, prices are reasonable and been happy with tyres and servicing they've done so far.
Always friendly, efficient and helpful. Very reasonable prices for punctures etc.
