Booked for an MOT, but when I turned up on the day was told they had no record of the booking and could not do the MOT, waste of a journey

Considerable saving on dealership cost. Staff helpful, service carried out as booked but tried to charge for oil upgrade not ordered. Unexpected tracking/balancing at extra cost. My only gripe is that they were unable to accurately reset the service reminder. They set it at service due at 5500. I took it back and they tried to reset it to 12000 or 12 months but couldn't therefore it now has been set at 15500 or 12 months. I would recommend but check that the service reminder can be set correctly
