Despite having a confirmed appointment at 1pm I had to wait nearly three hours before work was started on my vehicle. Once they got to it the work was done efficiently and was completed rapidly. The shortage of staff was unfortunate and everyone was friendly, so I will try them again and hopefully not suffer the same delay.
