booked a week upfront for diagnostics, only to be told when i got there on 16 November that the diagnostics machine doesnt work. at least should have been told before i got there

Very friendly and helpful lady contacted me prior to MOT to confirm vehicle length would fit on the ramp...all good. MoT went ahead onetime...very good communicators. Very good value for money
