I went for my MOT morning then they informed me MOT technician didnot come They didn’t even send email or message updating me I went there I was frustrated Horrible place never adviced

Turned up at the garage for a booked MOT. Firstly they did not have the booking in their diary so I had to show them the email. Then they found it but then confirmed that my car (Porsche Cayenne) was too wide for the ramp. So I then had to book a second MOT somewhere else. Complete waste of time.

This website (book my garage) gave me the option of booking an afternoon slot but the garage does not have this facility. It also has an area to fill in for any other issues but the garage couldn’t accommodate what I asked for so filling it in was pointless. I out of 5 stars for book my garage!
