On entering the reception area i was left waiting for about 4mins before anyone came to see me. Once the car had finished it's MOT I was not informed that it was done so i went into the service area from the veiwing area and again had to wait. I was told that the tester was doing the paper work and it would be 5mins. 10min later i again went to ask if it was done and it was then explained that due to it being an electric car they had to run out the time alloted by VOSA!!! Pre notice required?

Booked through Book my Garage, turned up, only to be told Sorry you're not on our system and we cant do MOT until next week. No problem with F1 Autocentre normally, but will never use Book my Garage again
