I had a positive experience with Fivestar garage

MOT test very satisfactory and at good cost, thank you. BUT presented my car in sparkling appearance only to be waved at twice to drive past a vehicle receiving high pressure washing. The operative continued washing which splashed my car with filthy water almost " blacking out" the nearside rear door window. This made it very difficult to see when reversing on to my drive. The car needed washing next day.

I tried to locate the garage via the postcode on their site which took me to a different location. When I eventually arrived I was told I would need to pay a late fee. No mention at all of how much this was going to cost, so I paid for what I thought was the Mot before I left my van. On the way home I noticed what should have been a £40 fee they had charged a £70 fee without my knowledge. The invoice the sent also said £40 and they refused to refund the difference. This is a complete con!!
