We were in contact with you on more than one occasion prior to the booking. When it became apparent that there was some confusion around the appointment, we clarified that this was not a mobile service and that the vehicle would need to be brought to us. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not brought in and you did not attend the booking as scheduled. If you still require an appointment, please let us know and we’d be more than happy to assist you.
