We are sorry you feel this way but just want to explain, your vehicle was failed at a different garage and then you booked an MOT with us and we then done the MOT found further issues which previous MOT tester has missed. we did MOT based on what we see and we wanted to show you all the fault but you refused to see it. We offered you a full refund if our MOT is incorrect and we have not asked you to get the repairs done from us you have choice to get the repairs done at any garage you wish. In regards to the one failure which we crossed out on the paper we explained to you the reason we wrote it down because the person who did the job for your car did not clean the grease on the cv gator it looked like the cv gator was leaking. we requested when you come back we will amend it.
