I had my car serviced and MOT last month and receiving excellent customer service I decided to have my wife’s car serviced and MOT this month once again my experience was five stars for three of the four points. When I went to settle the bill I was asked for far more than quoted by Book my Garage so I asked the manager to check again, I told him I booked through an agent with a far less price, he then changed my bill to my original quoted price saying Book my Garage had not communicated this.

When I came across Elite Garages whom were new to the Isle of Wight I decided to book a service and MOT as my usual garage had closed. Having given me a £20 discount off my MOT and a very competitive service price. I was booked in for the first slot of the day so i asked if I could leave my car with them overnight which was no problem. When I picked up my car the following day I received perfect service from the receptionist and was charged the price I had been quoted, my car now runs perfectly.
