Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We would like to clarify that all relevant checks on the vehicle were completed during its visit, in line with our standard procedures. Brake components and oil condition were inspected as part of this process, and the work carried out was discussed at the time of the appointment. All inspections and work are carried out on our workshop floor, which is fully covered by CCTV, and the footage clearly shows that the checks were undertaken. In our entire time in business, this is the first negative review we have received, which reflects the high standards and transparency we work hard to maintain for all our customers. We are always happy to discuss any concerns directly and encourage the reviewer to contact us so we can review the matter constructively.
