The best garage I've used, communication was spot on, I was advised of work that was needed before it took place and was kept updated throughout. The speed of which the repairs were completed - and there was a few - was also top class, I would highly recommened.

Unimpressed by attitude of man on phone. Dismissive and arrogant. Unlikely to use even if their quote had been reasonable, which it wasn’t.

I have spoken to the staff member who is 'gutted' that you perceived him as arrogant or dismissive. Its very upsetting to feel one's good intentions to help customers are mis-understood/ interpreted. We are very keen to understand what went wrong in the phone call to learn from the experience. I have tried emailing and calling to discuss this with you but you have been too busy to discuss.
