The guys at CARS were great! Really efficient and helpful and even gave me money back when they said the job was simpler than first thought. Great communication too - highly recommended!

Booked because it showed availability same day. I spoke to the owner Alan who told me to come in. Got there and they had no idea I was coming. Andrew who said is the Manager was haughty, rude and unwilling to help. He said it didn't matter what Alan said, he knew nothing, that he was the one in charge and he was telling me no chance I was getting an MOT, there was no space until next week. Their booking system doesn't align with the site, they get this often. They outsource MOT, they don't have.

Regret choosing this garage. Despite booking they weren’t expecting me, unable to do MOT when arrived despite it being booked specifically for that, tried to make me pay cash, ‘no’ invoice paperwork, didn’t re-set service record in car computer. I’m now not convinced the service was done given everything else. The garage that did do the MOT had to clean brake fluid up after this garage replaced rear brakes. The brakes feels great otherwise. I won’t use again or recommend.
