After using big concern garages for my servicing and MOT for a few years I decided to go with this local small business this year . I went with Bremners for price and proximity to where I live. Can’t fault them. Initial booking confirmation prompt, yard and workshop space much bigger than I expected, helpful friendly staff, courteous and professional throughout booking in process, communication and pickup. Service was visual check as opposed to major service (in small print😉) but properly done.

Overall a good experience , However, received a call from garage to advise the price would be increased by £35 due to additional work for the MOT. That’s fair enough & decided to accept the new quote . But on collection of the car was advised that the quoted price over the phone was incorrect (their mistake not mine) And the bill would actually be £65 more expensive and not the agreed price (This was nothing to do with vat etc) FAR FROM IDEAL !
