Hello Jesse Coker, We welcome reviews, especially negative reviews as we learn everyday and strive to be better. However this review is completely false. You car had failed the MOT. We had quoted you the repairs which was a further £200 roughly. You had then said you cant afford to pay the further £200.00.You had then asked us if we was willing to split the £200.00 over however many months you proposed.As any reasonable person can expect we had said no.At which point you had spent 35 minutes asking multiple members of staff to split the payment. You had then came in and paid your bill in full moments later. With your permission I am happy to upload the recorded phone call and CCTV to prove all the above for everyone else to see.
