I booked in over a weekend as it was last minute for my MOT but when I called to check the time of drop off first thing Monday they were friendly and polite. I dropped the car down and then they let me know when it was done. Couldn't have been simpler.

“Customer service to be desired!”

The guys in the garage didn’t even know why I was there, I was asked to wait for works to be done but after 40 minutes had to remind them they didn’t even have my car keys.. then when the guy took my car I was watching from the window as he was pouring peanuts into his face with out even asking if anyone has peanut allergies there was a car seat in the back! I was asked to pay before my keys were given to me and when I went down stairs my car was sat running with nobody inside, so unprofessional
