Good Morning Keiran, Firstly i would like to apologies with your experience, we charged a investigation fee as the vehicle failed mot when was presented too us. I am sorry for the miss communication and delays getting this across. Once informed of the investigation fee at that point 22/10 we informed we would be looking to investigate the next day. How ever your Mum called in on (22/10) to ask if we could get the car sorted sooner, at this point we was already on with the investigation into the fault and looking to get complete for the following morning. The retest fee was applied because it needed a headlight aim which is outside partial retest category as needs calibration equipment. We can only apologies for your experience and hope the can change going forward. Thank you
