Took my car in for a routine Oil Change and MOT. My car has extremely low milage and never had any engine faults. Upon return to me an engine light came on, I was suspicious and got a second opinion. Someone at Am Autos had spilled oil into the spark plugs, tried to remove the ignition coil to clean them then snapped it. I had to pay a separate garage over £200 to fix the issues, Am Autos are still refusing to take responsibility or offer any compensation, they even tried charging for the repair
