Dropped my car off for a service and was looked after by Holly Logan as well as some other members off staff who were customer focused. Everyone was extremely polite, made me feel very welcome. Holly was very quick to break down some issues with my vehicle, and did so in such an understanding manner, so I wasn't left with anymore questions. Although my outcome wasn't ideal with my car, the staff certainly made the experience easier.
