Had booked the service for Tuesday at 10. Got there and was told it was booked for Thursday. Showed her the email confirming that it was booked for Tuesday. Then she said because it was booked via Book my Garage they would not use Kia parts and hence it would invalidate the warranty. So I argued what's the point coming to a Kia garage if you are not going to use the kia parts and invalidate he warranty. She said if I wanted to use the Kia parts it would cost me £100 more. I just left the garage.
Wouldn't recommend
