I was very disappointed when I arrived at Kia as they said the price you quoted was not feasible if I wanted a proper service. It only covered the bear minimum and wouldn’t validate my Kia warranty. So ended up taking out a service plan which was considerably more than expected to spend. But felt obligated to do so as car needed to be sorted. I felt put on the spot with no get out cause. So your offer was null and void
