“Improvements needed”

Car was taken to garage for an “AM” appointment for an MOT. It was not until 3pm that it was inspected and failed. I booked the car in for the remedial work to be undertaken and expected it to be ready by early afternoon the next day. It was left to me to chase up the garage to ascertain that the car was ready to pick up. In essence the car was with the garage for two days with me having to chase up progress. I cannot comment on the quality of work as I am not qualified to do so.
