I trust Neil to follow any issue to the source and he's uncovered and resolved maintenance oversights that should have been taken care of by Ford during my PCP contract period. Now I own the car I'll be sticking with him.

No problem with the quality of the work, the main issue seems to be one man taking on far too much work with the result I had to wait another day for my car to be ready and the final bill was more than double what I was expecting.
